Anyone Gathering in NYC to Watch Obama Jobs Speech?

I got this email forwarded to me this morning thru the group Gainfully Unemployed here in NYC:

in New York. We're doing a story looking at President Obama's

jobs speech next week, and we were hoping to come and watch the

speech with someone from this group (i.e. someone who is either

unemployed or underemployed and hoping that Obama might propose

something to help his/her situation). So my questions for you

This is a good opportunity. I wonder if he is going to rewrite his speech after today's jobs numbers! He has had a press conference each month when these figures were released - today he left for Camp David with his family - no comment. It must be much worse than they try to lead us to believe. Maybe he will address it in his weekly address tomorrow morning.

My bet is he puts all his cards on the table on Thursday night. Speaking before would tip his hand and give the tax cutting crowd a chance to steal the thunder. I think he waits.

This "gathering" would be a great idea, wish other stations would do it across the country.
