Well with that fool Pat Toomey on-board this is NOW a FARCE and WILL NOT DO ANY GOOD.

Yeah and he is touted as an experienced financial expert . Give me a break! He was a former bond trader and is a Wall Street/Big Bank ally. He will not be looking out for the middle class, only his rich friends. I am ashamed to even say that he represents the great state of Pennsylvania.
