What will happen next?

I just honestly want to know what people see happening on August 2?

I am not going to sugar coat it here, I feel that we will default on our debt because too many people are still being handed pink slips and companies are not in a rush to hire.
I tried my best to look at it in a very optimistic way, but what they got to do in the time they got to I got a feeling that they will not come up with a agreeable solution between both parties.
Oh by the way, this and tomorrow will be my last post I am returning back to school next week and will have a very limited schedule.
I will be posting off and on, but mainly you will hear less from me till my next break.

I don't see how to the two things (defaulting on the debt and new unemployed) are related. I do not think we will default. The republicans will cave if Obama doesn't cave first. If Obama caves we are all doomed.
