“Tax Hikes Are Off the Table,” Says Speaker Boehner
“Democrats don’t have a plan for jobs. You heard them say again yesterday: what do they want? More “stimulus” spending and higher taxes. Well, on the same day that the CBO called our debt crisis ‘daunting,’ Democrat leaders came out and asked for more spending. Now if you recall, we tried this: it’s called the ‘stimulus’ plan. And it didn’t work. At a time when millions of Americans are struggling, it’s alarming how Democrats continue to call for more spending.”

Still very far apart however at same time think they're better off as whole with Cantor finally stepping out of picture for time being. With that said, Biden sure has his work cut out for him.
CBC now trying to get actively involved individually after recently adjoining forces with CPC, wierd orders of strategies and plans, but at this point, who cares, any involvement and action is necessary. Job Creation coordinator in commerce dptmt. is definately needed but unlikely to happen at this time.
