The new super worker is among us. Another reason we can't get work.

Re: Pastry Chef and tile worker are one
This crap has been happening for years. The drug store chain I worked for was purchased by another larger chain (Who has since gone out of business Haha) and we went from having a fully staffed, beautiful store to a half staffed cluttered mess. Of course as Assistant Manager on Salary with incentive pay (The more you work the less you get paid/hr. At anything above 8 hrs OT I made about 3 bucks per hour) I got to work alot.
While the people at corporate made money on my back. I know profits are important but its kind of confusing when only few benefit from them
There I go, thinking again.

I'm seeing this a lot. I recently saw a job looking for someone who had mechanical experience and marketing. Another job was hiring an executive assistant who was forklift certified. Mechanical doesn't usually go with marketing nor does EA got with forklifting. I called about the marketing job and the guy said "because we can".

They CAN and DO because there are NO RULES in place that tells them NOT TO. The PRIVATE sector in this country NEEDS to be kicked in the pants and ALL workers in the USA need NATIONAL WORKERS RIGHTS on ALL JOBS, No matter your profession. This will break their backs on the GREED front.

We need to start putting our feet down and say I will only do the one job. However, people are so afraid to do this.
