Have you tried driving around looking for work?
If so were you successful. I don't see help wanted signs in any of the business windows and with the price of gas now adays it seems like it would be a waste of time.
Any suggestions.

Around here it would be a waste of GAS and time. Small business won't even take applications or resumes from walk-ins and if you go to a chain store (Target, Lowe's, etc.) you have to apply at one of their online kiosks. It is the same thing as doing it online through SnagAJob.com or other online job boards at home.

Yeah thats what I figured and since I can't afford to fill my tank up every other day, this is not an option for me.
