Getthem,
Just wait a few days, then follow your nose to the eggs.
Happy Easter everyone.

I hope my dog did not find them. Worried about the gas attack later. I will know if I see colored shells in his doodoo.

Are you sure you didn't eat some eggs while you were hiding them?

Re: Happy Easter!!
Any kind of Easter dinner is postponed. I have to throw away everything. The power company said to have food stamp office contact them as they can verify how long my power was out. I may be able to salvage some things since I had 3 hours of power since Friday around 8. I can't deal with it right now. Power company said anything in fridge needs to go and some things in freezer depends on what it is as long as it's kind of cold.
But I am happy as I have power and no damage to my home.

Re: Happy Easter!!
Happy Easter! I had a decent Easter this year because I went back to church!
Last spring while watching videos online I got this feeling that I should go back and make my confirmation. I had been a lapsed Catholic for 20 years and just felt this urge. So I asked family friends if I could start attending church with them (which is a few blocks from me) and I loved it! The priest is young and mentions pop culture topics in the sermon and makes it more lively. I found out when RCIA was so I started going. I found that I enjoyed it. I met great people.
So last night was Easter Vigil where they lights candles and do part of the mass in the dark with the candles. Very pretty. About midway through the mass they asked the one guy being baptized to come foward and they did his baptismal. Then they asked everyone being confirmed to come up and we did. The priest asked us if we renounced Satan and other questions and we said "I Do". He then went to everyone, called them by their confirmation name (I chose Catherine for a saint)and made the sign of the cross. We then did communion (I had already made communion as a child). Very pretty ceremony and long.
The funny thing I thought I was being told to make confirmation so I could marry the last guy I was with (those of you who remember me from the old UF remember this story). However, perhaps there was another reason. I am going to be volunteering at the church and singing in the choir so this might make me feel better and help me find a job.

New_Wave_Princess - I'm so happy for you. What a special ceremony and memory for your confirmation! I am a believer that ALL THINGS HAPPEN FOR A REASON also. May this roll away the rock that has blocked your new future! Peace.

Thank you. I too believe this was for a reason, though it may not be the reason I thought. I feel it's the beginning of a new life. I am really taking inventory of my life and trying to figure out things, like new fields.
