In case folks forgot today is the final day to file your taxes.

HR-block offers a free efile. If your only income was unemployment this year thats all you need to file.

ooops affraid

We forgot to file ours. I have no excuse either. our anniversary is on April 15th!!! LMAO I hate doing taxes.

Btw, when we do file, we use turbotax online. Its pretty easy. We use to go to an accountant before the lay off and before we lost our home. No need for one now. We can do it ourselves and save a ton of money.

I filed mine....Not hard to do on Efile. Only one form to enter...My 1099-G unemployment W2. I still owe from the past 2 years too. They have sent me to collections and I have a Tax Lein from both IRS & CA State. I continue to tell them, I pretty much have nothing. No house, No car, Not many personal belongings, so If they wanna put me in jail, I would be getting free food and no worries about where I will be living next.

They can't make my credit anyworse so, To me, tax day is WHAT EVER!!! Can't get blood from a turnip.

I'm mailing mine this morning - giving the government who couldn't care less about us their pound of flesh. Let them charge me 1 day interest; they can chase me for it. I can't help but think about the fiasco of the government shutdown of a few weeks ago when they were saying that people wouldnt get their refunds because of the government workers being furloughed. Our returns have to be in by a deadline, but they don't have to pay by one. Amazing and infuriating!
