NY, NJ, PA Residents: National News Magazine Wants to Interview 99ers...UPDATE 4/1

NATIONAL NEWS MAGAZINE HAS CONTACTED THE AMERICAN 99ERS UNION. THEY WOULD LIKE TO INTERVIEW 99ERS IN EITHER NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, OR PENNSYLVANIA. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED PLEASE CONTACT US AT 202-579-9377
UPDATE: The American 99ers Union was contacted today (4/1) and we are now providing input with respect to what this story will "look like". The scope of this story has increased, so as to provide a much clearer picture that anyone can become a 99er (no longer looking for just families). Unfortunately, it's only on the east cost. The west has some of the biggest unemployment numbers: Nevada, Oregon and California.

If it's a National news mag. why would they only be interested in hearing from people in NY, NJ or PA?
Us west coasters have some of the highest levels of unemployment.

1) The publiction is based out of New York.
2) This is a story that will include follow-up (this will be an ongoing story rather than a "one and done"), so they would like to have easy access to those interviewed.

Please, if you live in New York, New Jersey or Pennsylvania call 202-579-9377 and tell them your story.
Americans need to know what a "99er" is and what life is like for us. We have been called "lazy", "drug-addicts", "cannibals" and "hobos" ........
