Love this and now I'm freaking out

So if you all remember about how I was being challenged by a former employer and I sent in exactly what the lady wanted. Anyhow for some reason this idiot lady left a voicemail on my wifes phone which hers ends in 3000 and mine is 3001. Anyhow, she left this voicemail and my wife calls me in a panic because she said she had questiosn to determine my eligibility but if you all remember our conversation before was on 3/1 so a whole month later this lady calls? What the heck? So I call and of course get her voicemail and now I'm waiting as I'm certified today and was expecting money on Wednesday in my account and now she's playing games. I can't be playing these games right now as I literally have 2 dollars to my name up until I got paid. UGH!

Ugh.. Im sorry to hear that. I hope its nothing serious. I would keep calling, once you answer whatever the question is she will release the check if its all good.

I've gotten paid since the initial interview. Do you think there is a person that goes thru each individual EB certification manually or is it automated?

You must of had to call to get on Eb right? If so and youve gotten paid already,I cant see what the problem would be.

Well back at the start of the month I had a phone interview when one of my past employers was challenging that I left the job willingly. However, I left for another job and produced the W-2 that she asked for and sent it over to her. She verified she rec'd it and I've gotten paid since the initial phone interview. But now 21 days later she calls for some reason on my wifes phone (thank god we are only off by 1 digit otherwise I would have never gotten a VM) and now I can't get a hold of the lady. UGH!

If all your ducks are in a row then I wouldn't worry too much. Keep calling.

So funny update and this proves that these people at IDES are not the smartest people and their technology is archaic. She calls me back of course right when my sons baseball meeting is starting....Anyhow, she says "Our system completely erased our previous interview so I need to ask the same questions over again" You know what's horrible in all of this is that I could've lost benefits if it were not for my wife having the near same exact phone number as myself.....So tomorrow morning I will have my interview.

Eek thats crazy. Thankfully you got the message though. So you have to go through the whole thing again?

Well atleast you know your not cut off etc, your check may be delayed though. Id insist it be released right away, stress your situation.
