Need some help

First off hello. I'm new to this forum. I live in Florida.
Been unemployed since last September.

Been on unemployment after I won my appeal late last year.
But last month I got so caught up with my son who was having emotional problems I didn't send out any resumes. Now I am being audited and I need to prove I sent out 8 resumes over the last 4 weeks. Does anyone no what I can do so I don't lose my benefits.

Yea, just like the honesty that so many unemployed people are feeling from Congress, the media. Forget honesty! I've been honesty my whole life, played and paid by the rules. Got an education, worked hard, what has it gotten me?? Time for some new rules! Do what you have to do, because your country doesn't give a rip about you! Learn to be creative. It just kills me the little people crossing their t's and dotting their i's while Congress and corporation steal billions! God Bless you.

I agree with you about the "honesty" that has been coming from Congress and the media. Remember, the media likes to report that we are lazy and don't want to work too. Congressman and Senators have made numerous comments that extending unemployment only adds to the problem. We know that is NOT true.

On the other hand, we cannot support suggesting ways to get around the rules that make a person eligible for unemployment insurance. Even though some members of Congress don't mind some of their unethical policies and actions, we do. IMO, we should not lower ourselves to their standards.

Honesty is the best way to deal with problems that may surface while collecting unemployment insurance.

I fully support what Jim has said. If you aren't looking for jobs as "part of your job" then don't expect cheap tricks from this forum.
