benificiary of act of kindness

Post by elvis44102 on Wed Oct 24, 2012 10:20 pm

today my battery died....

A complete stranger asked me if i needed a jump, then went to her car and pulled out another battery (side mount)......

my battery is/was old and i did not relish the idea of another Ohio winter with it

I put in the donated battery and the car started right up......

the stranger asked for no money and refused when offered...

said it was her good deed for the day, she explained she works in a junk yard and get batteries and such all the time...

a random act of kindness came my way and i had to share it

You are so wise Elvis. I noticed that myself and so has my mother. Good people recognize a good person and want to help.

My whole life, i have had a habit of staring off into empty space and daydreaming, always gotten a "are you alright" question thrown my way

I probably had a look of puzzlement and bewilderment on my face.as i contemplated my autos predicament....

i didn't ask for a jump, I was asked if i needed a jump...

but thank you both of you for the complements....
