I have a question I have moved on to EUC but I was told that I did not have a total earnings amount that was 1.5 times higher than my highest quarter so I do not qualify. But I found that the way they did my regular unemployment was based on my Pa income. For the base year that they used I had Pa income for the 1st quarter and the 2nd but I moved to Colorado for the 2nd 3rd and 4th. This income was not used. I moved back to Pa for 3 months and then lost my job. Does anyone know if the Colorado income can be used or am I screwed? I have filed an appeal but so far I have not heard anything on that.

Have you tried to apply for UC in Colorado?

I had an instance where I worked for a consulting agency in 1 state but my job was in another state so I had to apply to the 2nd state for UC.
