All of a sudden the numbers are fake? They acknowledge the rising numbers of long term unemployed as discouraged workers who have given up? Where have the been the past 4 years when we pleaded for help? They were too busy lobbying Congress to block and filibuster every job bill and legislation that would help the long term unemployed. Now that this is coming back to haunt them in lower UE numbers, they are crying fowl!
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand that in the past 4 years the workforce has shrunk by 65%, so of course the rate will come down. There are millions who aren't included in these numbers because we've fallen off the radar due to the length of unemployment.
It is so convenient to recognize us now that their political butts are on the line. Hope most of those on Capitol Hill will find out in November what it is like to walk in our shoes- JOBLESS!! I usually don't gloat over another's misfortunes, but it will bring a smile to my face to see Paul Ryan in the unemployment line!!!!

I could say the same about Romney's debate performance. Something don't smell right to me. If I was a reporter, my nose would be twitching.
