EB date was changed
So I had to call today to get my benefit year end changed for a second time.
When I called, the lady that I talked to said that it looked like I had one week left on EB. I didn't think that this sounded right but I just let it go.
When I went to my claim page at nesc.com it said my EB was effective on 3/5/11. This cannot be right because I was on tier 4 and then moved into EB for two weeks and then North Carolina cut off EB on 4/10.
I should have three weeks left.
If you go by the 3/5 date for my EB activation, this past week would have been my 20th,the last, one. However, she said I had one more.
Anyone have any ideas?

Re: EB date was changed
lendme, so sorry this happened. You need to call them back and state your case, have your records with you and get them to break it down and then mail you a copy. I did. I was lucky, both times it was their error and they corrected it. Please do this.
