EB question

EB question
I have 2 claims. My first claim I was on EB. I got a job and it lasted 5 months and then the business closed. I had my first claim opened up again. About a month later they started me on a new claim from the job I had for 5 months. I didn't get nearly as much on this claim so flew through the tiers and have to apply for EB. My question is: Will I receive EB from my first claim or my second claim? Second question: Am I eligible to receive the EB from both of the claims? My second claim will probably only give me 2 months of EB. I have 3 months left on my old EB. I am worried that if I am not blessed with a job I will be out very soon. I had an amazing interview only to be told that they hired within the company. It is so hard and frustrating to get a job right now. I have been out of work so long I am always asked why. I have been trying but so has everyone else. This means 100 people or more applying to one job. God Bless everyone and good luck out there.

Re: EB question
It is very frustrating for all right now msjess I agree. I am sorry about your interview and the results.
My best advise for you is to contact your local UC Service Center. They can advise you about both claims and the length of time you have remaining on each. No one here has access to your information, nor should they and it would be speculation to advise you at this point. I am sorry, but I don't want you to count on information you would receive here if it should turn out to be incorrect. The UC Service centers are severly busy and you may have to stick with it, but it's really important that you do. Make sure you advise them you have 2 open claims. Good luck and let us know how you make out.
