One of the very few still with significant membership.....not sure where to find others.....

I get little 2-34 month contracts once and a while, so this is my second go around with the extensions not being renewed...

ALL the suggestions put forward on that forum are the same ones put forward here (or original unemp forum) several years ago the same....

Last time it was about 6-8 weeks without benefits before renewal....probably the same this time...

nothing in the meentime...

oh! might get a new contract as they seem to call off-the-wall out of the blue
its just the terrible uncertainty, and applying for jobs has NO effect

(that last little bit is NOT news for the people of this forum)

Applying goes nowhere......have to wait for recruiter emails, then email them back and wait....heh
