On Tier 2 Renew on 12/08/12
Hi everyone I am on Tier 2 and realize this means (as of this moment) my unemployment will stop on 12/29/12 regardless of what I have remaining. My year is up 12/08/12 and I have to renew my claim if I am approved for the new claim do my benefits still stop on 12/29/12? With my luck I am assuming they will but I was wondering what everyone else thought. Thanks!

Yes, unfortunately, your benefits still end on 12/29. Your BYE willbe renewwed, but that is just a procedural issue and won't affect the cut off of EUC.
