Research on Unemployment, Quality of Life, and Marriage
ARE YOU OR YOUR SPOUSE OUT OF WORK? Participants Needed!
I am seeking married people from a variety of backgrounds to complete a brief online questionnaire on how unemployment impacts their quality of life and marriage in the current economy.
It should take about 15-20 minutes for you to complete.

This results of this study will be published in journals so that mental health clinicians, career counselors, unemployment ministers, etc. may develop as valid and as complete a picture as possible of how unemployment impacts individuals and marital relationships in a rapidly changing society. This is good for reducing bias and inaccurate assumptions among both clinicians and the public--and therefore for promoting resilience and hope in people who are struggling.

Sounds great, it's something that we really need. Long term unemployment has devastated many families. A lot of people, including health professionals, underestimate the emotional and physical impact it has on all involved.
I hope everyone will participate! Thank you, andrewbland for including us in this survey. I hope the research helps and gives a better understanding of the effects of unemployment.
