House Adjourns for the Week - GOP Refuse to Budge on UI
https://www.facebook.com/ExtendUIUPDATE: Republicans refuse to budge on extension of federal unemployment insurance and payroll tax cut. Republican leaders adjourned the House for the week. We must make sure they return next week to approve an extension of benefits and not cut them by 40 weeks, as they continue to insist.
This is the Facebook page for the House Ways & Means Committee, started by Rep. Levin, Ranking Member, to extend the deadline for EUC08. If you have a FB account, please get involved! Time is running out very quickly!!
