20% Fall in housing prices predicted
Having a realestate license I am privy to being on some forums for realestate salespeople and brokers. And the talk of realestate field is that its predicted that there is a 20% in housing decrease predicted. Agents are getting prepared.
Where as one time realestate agents are being told to devote their time to their realestate biz, new agents are being told to find part time jobs as well if they can.
I will look up so references and post the links here.
