Pennsylvania House panel OKs changes to unemployment rules
It appears that PA's Extended Benefit Program is tied in with this proposal.

Officials with the Department of Labor and Industry say there would be no interruption in checks as long as the bill is signed by the governor next week. If the extended benefits do expire, those who stop receiving checks could re-enroll and receive retroactive payments.

Thank you for the posting and link Desperate, and thank you for all the help you give to everyone on here. Without this forum I would not have a clue about unemployment issues. I really appreciate all that you and the other admins do for us.
