Re: Help with Eb PLEASE
From my own experience, you will have to call your unemployment center after you certify for you last payment of Tier 4 to start you EB. There is no waiting period and your benefits should continue uninterrupted, however your next check will be for the remaining balance of $70 of Tier 4. You must exhaust that balance before filing a claim for EB.

They will need the same information that you provided when your first filed for unemployment. If you have worked any time during this period, you will have to provide the information on the employer and dates worked.

I really don't know if they have that information, and even if they do, you would be required to verify it. You should still have the paperwork you received after filing your initial claim.

Re: Help with Eb PLEASE
I assume it is the same in every state. Tier 4 is part of the Federal EUC08 program and before you can file for state EB, you have to exhaust all your benefits, regardless of how much the last payment is.
After you file your last claim for Tier 4, file your claim for FL EB using the link provided above.

Re: Help with Eb PLEASE
I just did it, it asked me for any jobs SINCE I first filed for unemployment, not the original job. I guess they wanted to know if I had worked since my original application? I hope I did it right. I have to wait 10-14 days so we will see I guess.
