IDES direct deposit question
Hi,
Has anyone had any trouble when they changed their direct deposit information with IDES? I changed my information a few weeks ago, the last deposit went into the account I requested, I am just praying that it does it again. There is a site where we can go to view our payment history, and it's showing my old banking information both from last certification and the one before it. Even though the money for the last deposit went into the account I requested. So ANNOYING!

Re: IDES direct deposit question
Hi grr13,
Yes, I - being from Chicagoland - can say that I have knows a few people who've had great difficulties with this . . . so much so that I have one guy who's just divorced, but hasn't changed his address with unemployment, for fear of a foul-up.
Also, in the previous recession (when also I found myself between jobs) I did an address change and it took me about seven weeks before I started getting paid again . . . but that was in the old paper-check days.
I will pray for you grr13 : - 0
BTW, grr13, were you a UFF1 Member? I seem to recall your screenname (Y/N)?
