That deduction os already in place. Nobody that has been unemployed for 3 plus years has any money to spend for so called professional resume's or a recuiting agency. Its as big a joke as the rest of it is. I am convenced that both parties don't care about any of the unemployed. You have a few on the democratic side but hardly any on the republician side. Nether has done anything to simulate job growth. I will keep trying to contact my representatives to promote a push to pass something for the 99ers but to remine them that to give the economy a boost that employing those needing jobs is the answer and nothing has yet to be done. I apologize for the misspelled words but this pisses me off.

Well thank you loads, Republicans, for your helpful income tax deduction. As an exhaustee desperately trying to find a job, I have zero income, and that means I haven't had to pay any income taxes. I thought that you promised to focus on jobs, not tax deductions. Where are the jobs, Boehner and company?

I have a solution for the GOP infestation of this nation. Lets put them all in a rocket and shoot them into the sun. Biggest, most worthless creatures spawned in this country. They are going to make excuse after excuse and dodge every issue. They believe if they ignore it enough, it/we will die off and problem solved.
