The Conscience of A Liberal: Paul Krugman this Week
So, we have a plan that proposes to cut spending to Calving Coolidge levels, without explaining how it will do that; that includes $2.9 trillion in tax cuts, but asserts that it will make that up by broadening the base — yet says literally nothing about what that means; and has as its centerpiece a Medicare plan that will collapse as soon as seniors start getting their grossly inadequate vouchers.

desperate - I'm happy to see you and others are plugged into Paul Krugman who I admire. This was a great article. Although I may not agree with a few of his theories, he is usually right on. I also think the NY Times and Washington Post are the most credible news sources.
I'm not posting here often -- as I was cricticized at my last post - and frankly don't see much change on this forum. I'm still temping and the assignment ends April 29. I have earned enough base period wages to open another UE claim in 2012 at the maximum amount. I urge anyone who can find temp work to do so.
