I figure that this thread might be a spot where we can post anything that might provide some inspiration and to give a little encouragement to those of us having an exceptionally rough time of it right now.

I joined this Facebook Group, Fiona's Fight, after seeing this video of the poor puppy who endured horrible torture by her former owners, and her struggle to survive. Very inspirational, but bring a tissue.

What we are lacking is the strong backbone and courage of individuals such as Lenny Bruce, Martin Luther King, and Robert Kennedy.

But let's not forget that we do have people like that right now, like Senator Lee. And in particular, Congressman Anthony Weiner surely has substance, slam dunking the nonsense that prevails. In this case, over the 9/11 Workers Compensation Act and Republican stalls... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_O_GRkMZJn4&feature=youtube_gdata_player

That was our Video of the Day yesterday! Great speech! I'd vote for him for President in a second, with Bernie Sanders as VP.
