New Discrimination in the Labor Market /EEOC looking into discrimination against the unemployed

Can you imagine searching through the classifieds or searching for work online and you come across a listing for a job that is ideal for you and you are automatically disqualified from being a candidate for the position because you are not working? What a grave situation. It’s hard enough to find work but to be told you can’t even apply for a job because you are unemployed, for many, this seems unfair.
