Unemployed Friends (UFF) Ranks Top in Google Searches

Post by Guest on Mon Mar 07, 2011 11:13 pm

I don't know if anyone is aware of it, but, do a simple search for "unemployed" on Google and UFF ranks on the first page of web searches. Not only that, but, UFF is listed as the second website on the page:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=opera&hs=pVS&rls=en&channel=suggest&tbs=qdr%3Ad&q=unemployed&aq=f&aqi=p-p2g-s2g3g-s2g1&aql=&oq=

We are even ranking in the top slots when you search for "unemployed forums":

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=unemployed+forums&aq=f&aqi=m1&aql=&oq=

I think it has been that way for at least a year and a half? If I am not mistaken it was ranking at the top in 2009 when I joined the original UF.
The original site had ten thousand members and enough traffic to rank it first in a google search. It should still be that way.

That is a good thing ... we get all of the old traffic just through "brand name recognition."
