Gallup Finds U.S. Unemployment Hitting 10.3% in February
Unemployment, as measured by Gallup without seasonal adjustment, hit 10.3% in February -- up from 9.8% at the end of January. The U.S. unemployment rate is now essentially the same as the 10.4% at the end of February 2010.

At the same time, economists think the unemployment rate edged up to 9.1 percent in February as more jobseekers — perhaps feeling better about their prospects — stream into the labor market looking for work.

This is another "guess" as to what February's UE rate will be. Does anybody really know? I don't think so, they pick a number out of a hat, IMO.
The Gallup prediction is closer to the actual number, but still WAY off!

Regardless of the % that unemployment is fudged to be, 368,000 new claims is not "recovery mode to me. If we are only adding 38,000, 115,000 etc, how is 368,000 new claims "recovery".
