Clinton-era Labor Secretary Robert Reich's "speech" was a joke, of course, since no college administrator in their right mind would let a commencement speaker say such a terrible thing.

the above quotation is from a speech made by William Jennings Bryan in 1898....yes over one hundred years ago...the last time we had trickle-down economic policies....

Robert Reich is an economist who knows HOW to fix the economic policies but the republican party wont listen....
