Cautiously optimistic
Hi
I posted before about my Husband being unemployed, his last perm job was in January 2012, has had only temp jobs since then.
He will be starting a new job August 4 (i'am very cautious) for the last 2 temp jobs he started did not work out and did not go perm, truthfully iam tired of the rollercoaster. I'am tired and getting our hopes and then being let down when the jobs don't work out.
I don't want to be happy and hopeful in case this one does not work out either. I' am hoping this is it, since he is actually going to be replacing someone who is moving out of state, so it defintely a perm job. So at this point i'am very cautious about being hopeful. Being on this rollercoaster of temp jobs for the last 2 half years in really, really tiring and discouraging, I just want a job to stick!

Re: Cautiously optimistic
Don't blame the illegals. There are enough jobs out there for everyone. Relocate, go back to college, take a lower paying job, network, consult with staffing agencies.
