I hope Walker wins, his policies have worked; that's the only problem.

tristen, good to hear from you. Hoping you are well.
As far as Walker, well, as usual, we will agree to disagree. LoL. Missed you here.

I meant it sarcastically; my repub friends seem to have fogetton that cutting pay, and laying people off is a quick fix for the balance sheet but costs more in the end.
Creating more unemployed is not solving employment just because it saves money.
I missed you guys too.

The results of this election are very, very scary. Hoping it is not an indication of November.

If there was voter suppression, then some of the Wisconsin people are being taxed without representation.
The Tea Party and the Republicans then have created a King George state???

Very disappointing, but they did win the majority in the senate....which just so happens to be out of session until next year. Hopefully they can keep the majority in November.
Disappointing but also inspiring. All those people coming together especially in a red state was amazing. I thought they did pretty dam well considering. I just don't understand why anyone would want a governer like that, whether in their own party or not! The difference in how much money each was able to spend on a campaign was outrageous. Money talks...

From what I heard is that most Wisconsinites thought that they didn't like outsiders telling them what they can do with their Governor and that the recall was not necessary.
But now that big money has bought their Governor, I believe that they don't realize that that money is not given without wanting something in return. Wisconsinites have now lost a lot of their collective vote power in that state.
Does anyone else but me think that all that money given to one person's campaign, could have been given to the teachers and firefighters? It is such a waste.
