The Fed & Wall Street: Deliberately Defrauding America? Empty The Fed & Wall Street: Deliberately Defrauding America?

For too long have I been watching this drama play out with the stock market and I suspect that the Federal Reserve and Wall Street are working together to defraud the American economy.

Since Wall Street doesn't open up for business until 9:30AM, EST, has anyone ever noticed how MSNBC.comn is always reporting how Wall Street is always trading higher (before the market opens) and it's always before any news is announced by the Federal Reserve or the reports of the economic data or the unemployment claims reports?

I happen to see this report on all of the time and it's always before the bell rings on Wall Street.

My question? Does the Federal Reserve and Wall Street think Americans aren't aware of what's going on? I'd like to know how Wall Street can be trading higher, even before the opening bell?

Notice the headline: Wall Street higher ahead of new data, Bernanke testimony

Insider trading

this is part of the wiki definition
"Illegal insider trading is believed to raise the cost of capital for securities issuers, thus decreasing overall economic growth."

The problem is that Wall Street is heading for a fall. The Federal Reserve is deliberately propping up a system that will ultimately fail because they cannot continue dumping billions of dollars into the bond market because it will soon have a negative effect on our economy.

This purchasing power that "The Federal Reserve" has is doing nothing but harming our economy in the long run. Why? Let's look at it this way: when the Federal Reserve purchases $600 billion dollars in the bond market, it begins with a positive effect by lifting Wall Street with higher gains. However, there is where the good news ends.

The Bad? The U.S. Dollar is devalued because it pumps more money into the system, retail prices on everything from food to clothing starts to increase because the U.S. Dollar is weakened even more. Eventually, The Federal Reserve is going to stop spending money in the bond market and that backlash is going to affect every sector of our economy and you're going to see Wall Street come crashing down a lot harder than it ever did.

We need the Federal Reserve to step back and let the economy heal itself. Until that happens, Wall Street will continue to depend on the Fed to bail it out. Eventually, the Fed is going to stop buying bonds, and when that happens, watch out.
