Sorry, but this article is from Dec, 2010. Whatever was said then is completely off the table now. I wish this wasn't the case though.

Yes, I just saw the date and it's an old article. However, I'm thinking that to do anything for unemployment GOP may insist on extending Bush Tax cuts longer. I'm sure they want something in return.
