But according to Coburn, it doesn’t really matter which programs get cut, because, as he told Al-Jazeera English, it’s only people who are “sucking off the program” that are going to feel any change:
COBURN: The point is where’s the efficiency in that? The actual service going to people isn’t going to decline, the people sucking off the program are going to be the ones that lose.

He forgot to add that he and the entire Congress are the biggest ones sucking off the program. Coburn you are a phony!

Burn the house to kill the rats but leave the people living there inside too, they are just as expendable. This Richie Rich needs to be strung up. Right wingers have this madness that just BECAUSE a FEW cheat the system, it make EVERYONE guilty and NO ONE should get anything.

Now, what kind of professional uses that kind of talk, makes him sound like a gangster type. The word used in that context gives you the impression of pigs at a trough, or something along those lines. Really unprofessional to lower yourself to that, and knowing full well you will angry the American people. This guy fits fool perfectly.

What he means is that only those that need the programs he wants to cut will be hurt. In other words, if you are successful and haven't fallen on hard times then you won't feel the brunt of his cuts because you don't need to use them.
If you have enough money to where you don't really need social security then you won't be bothered by a social security cut.
After all, in this country, we only care about ourselves.
