There really are people who care.

Post by Tomoko on Thu Jul 21, 2011 11:46 pm

When I first moved here to the US, the only things I had was the clothes on my back, my passport and paperwork for visa.. and a JanSport backpack with what little I had left from the Tsunami. Today was a day I will never forget I was coming back from the doctor office and found two large Sears trucks and a UHAUL truck in front of my house and I said "what's going on?" Once my Church I go to find out I was Tsunami/Earthquake victim from Japan they donated and payed for all my new Appliances from Sears and Furniture. I can't thank them enough. I've never had such a surprise or any gift this grand given to me. I almost feel guilty recieving this because I believe in working hard and EARN nice things not be given them. I would love to share to my new american friends what they gave to me.
