5,000 Poor Dallas Residents Stampede Each Other In Race For 100 Housing Vouchers
The incident is a sad illustration of lengths people will go to for even the chance of government assistance in such hard times. Health director Thompson acknowledged that, “a lot of times people are shocked there are so many people who are low income and need assistance. That’s just the reality of the economy we are living in.”
The crowd ranged from young single mothers with their children to senior citizens with nothing but a small Social Security income. Many applicants had jobs, but barely earn minimum wage.

This is horribly sad!
When we went for fuel assistance this winter I overheard one of the workers telling someone there is a 10 year waiting list for housing here in Mass, unless your completely homeless and living on the streets.

We're being forced to fight each other for basic things. We are being pitted against one another for resources needed just to survive, while our reps screw around, banks get bailed, and then up their fees AND get bonuses.

That's exactly what they want us to do. Poor vs Middle Class vs Wealthy, poor vs poor, middle vs middle, wealthy vs wealthy. If they get us to seperate and turn on one another for our own personal gains, they will win. They will convince people that we are our own worst enemies. Where jobs and benefits are concerned, we have to be together Long Term Unemployed and the 99ers.

The ghettos became that way due to the destruction of all the manufacturing jobs to begin with. They really have no other choice. They are playing divide and conquer. There is this one website, I think of writing the blog owner telling him he is falling massively for divide and conquer. We have an oligarchy now. What they are dealing with, is coming for everyone else.
