Hello PamelaJo! How have you been?
I'm glad to see that the press is starting to pick up on this again. It quiet for so long, now every where I turn I see more and more stories. This is what we need, lets hope it continues!

And no one mentioned how employers, as they systematically slashed their staff tried to make the ones who were let go feel as if THEY were the least productive, and that the ones they kept (the ones who shoot toothpicks into the ceiling tiles, turn the lights on and off in the middle of the day, pull the fire alarms when there's no fire, make faces at people after they walk by) are more valuable than you. Employers did everything they could to make it seem as if it was something the employee did (or didn't do), and that it wasn't part of a much larger problem that went beyond their business or corporation.
