John Boehner's Pathetic 10-Page Jobs Plan

Post by Guest on Sun May 29, 2011 1:01 pm

On Thursday, House Republicans finally unveiled their grand plan for tackling America's jobs crisis and creating jobs for the unemployed. It clocks in at a mere 10 pages, in large type, chock full of slick images. What's missing is, well, any legitimate solutions to lowering the nation's 8.6 percent jobless rate. The Washington Post's Ezra Klein wrote, "It looks like the staffer in charge forgot the assignment was due on Thursday rather than Friday, and so cranked the font up to 24 and began dumping clip art to pad out the plan."

this is at least a basic, yes very basic start, but this to me personally is basically a whole lot of muble jumble written verbage that does NOT involve directly existing businesses or realistic ways for active or new business to start hiring people. Other than the medical device/drug plan, which believe was somewhat previously in place if not mistaken, there is nothing in it, no real SOLUTION whatsoever directly associate with allowing companies to hire employees.

This though is somewhat to be expected as I haven't seen anthing on any forefront over past couple years when it comes to program implementation as for re-entering the workforce or retraining unemployed, or job creation. I think a lot of us could have written that paraphrased summation, give me a break.
