Re: Boehner stinks at his job by Rachel Maddow
LMAO this morning at Boehner's tweeter or whoever it is. They tweeted a link to an article about what Ryan's Medicare plan REALLY means and how great is etc. blah, blah, blah. So I looked this woman who had written this pro Ryan plan opinion up, who they had linked the article to and she is a Senior Fellow at the Hudson Institute which gets funding from........the Koch Brothers. So I tweeted him and asked him why he was trying to convince us how great this Medicare plan is by linking to a person who wrote a pro Ryan plan piece, who works for an organization funded by the Kochs. (I did get all that in 140 characters) I haven't seen them back on Twitter since, but maybe they took they day off. Anyway, it is like watching a train wreck in slow motion. Yesterday, 3-4 times his tweeter or whoever purposely misquoted MSM outlets to make it appear places like ABC News were endorsing his #4jobs plan like it was the best thing since sliced bread. He got called on that one too and 20 minutes later corrected his own blog he had linked to with the misquotes. I guess he or his tweeter thinks everyone is just some dumb rube.
He also had a meeting with the tea pottiers in April and they were so disappointed by him saying the debt ceiling has to be raised, they are threatening to primary him in 2012. So he is in a rock and a hard place. On top of that there is a tea potty email sent out by the group he met with in April floating around promoting putting people in camps. I wonder how he will get out of his association with tea pottiers promoting camps right in his own district come next election? It's public knowledge he had a meeting with them.
When Joe Scarborough said on TV Boehner was lazy and in the bars early, by six I think he said, the repubs should have listened, instead he was rewarded for his fund raising for the RNC with the Speakership. So it is the repubs own fault they are in the shape they are in and no I don't feel sorry for them at all.
