if i have already been approved for a hardship to pay my taxes do i need to do it again or just file with the amount i owe with no payment??? any advice would be nice ty!

Do you mean that you were already approved for the extension? If that is the case, yes, file your taxes by midnight Monday without the payment. If you don't file, you will be subject to a penalty charge.

I would call them. I was already on a hardship and I didn't have to do anything but I got a refund this year and they just applied it to the amount I owe. I think it depends on how much you owe. If it is more than $10,000 you may run into a problem but anything less should be fine.
