NJ Legislatures pass EB 3 year look back fix, Sent to Governor Christie
Last Monday, Governor Christie was sent a bill that would enable the 3 year look back fix to the EB law, that will keep NJ on EB, presumably for the rest of the year.
The bill passed 78-0 in the state assembly and was unopposed in the state senate also.
IMO, and please tell me if I'm too optimistic, but for Christie's fellow state republicans to all vote yes, I can't see him not signing it. He has until mid may to sign it. he hasn't signed it yet, but it's not a pressing matter right now. he has plenty of time to sign it. An estimated 200k people in NJ could be effected if it's not enacted.

Maybe, but why is he dragging his feet, it is obvious that there is support from both state houses for this bill to be signed into law.

Chubz, if you're wearing rose-colored glasses, I'm right there with you. I'm stunned that all of the repubs voted for it. I'm on pins and needles and tenterhooks and waiting with baited breath too! Good luck to you guys!
