John Boehner Cries Amid Government Shutdown Standoff

He did it again.
John Boehner was driven to tears again today. This time it happened at a closed-door meeting of House Republicans. According to sources inside the meeting, Boehner it happened while Boehner was speaking to the group about the latest on his negotiations with Democrats over government funding. Boehner talked about his meeting yesterday with President Obama and then, in a rousing conclusion, he thanked the House Republicans for standing by him and supporting him through these tense negotiations. The Republican conference responded with a standing ovation for their speaker.
As you could imagine, that prompted the Speaker to cry.
I hope he cries his heart out tomorrow in the meeting with Representatives Lee and Scott during the meeting for the 99er Bill, HR 589!

I hope Lee and Scott bring lots of 99er stories of hardship as well as a lot of Nips. Lets get the man balling!!

Sigh......even if he was being sincere. If I wanted to watch SOAP NET id just turn on FOX NEWS...sheesh. I asked this in another thread, but how much do these people get paid again? More importatnly, to do what?

They get paid LOTS to DO absolutely nothing BUT to enrich themselves and LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL from others and make themselves LOOK like saints in the process.

all are thieves, if anyone else pulled that sh*t that they do with backroom "Deals" and such, they would go to jail.

At first I liked the tears, showed real care. Now it shows sillyness. I haven't heard a REPUB say anything about their blubbering leader. But if pelosi cried we'd hear about and how.

As of 5AM this morning, CNN said they (Congress) went back to work for one hour and then left. The President canceled his trip to Indiana awaiting to hear from Boner and Reid this morning. I think, by the way CNN has been reporting it all night, this is going to go down. If those F'n Republicans didn't filibuster every single thing during the 110th congress, as well as waste time, over 8 months on unemployment benefit and filibustering those, we would have had a budget. I blame the Republicans 85%, and the Tea Party 14%, and the Democrats 1%. Though they are all power hungry, hateful idiots. Seems Boner's own party is not supporting him, and a guest on CNN said he almost felt sorry for him. D&C

The man needs to have either his testosterone levels checked or maybe he should start carrying a flask around with him.
