Vent Away - Just be Nice: Boehner's "poor and lazy" comments to Rolling Stone reflect his party's beliefs
Speaker of the House John Boehner claims that the “poor and lazy” caused the current economic crisis during an interview Matt Taibbi of Rolling Stone. Boehner stuck to Republican Party talking points during the interview until Taibbi during a coffee break asked Boehner about today's young people. Apparently unaware he was still on record, Boehner, let Taibbi know how he really felt about poor Americans.

Remember in Germany they said it was the Poor and the Jews fault that Germany got so messed up.
NOW In the USA it the POOR and LAZY's fault THAT messed up this country.
All the GOPers have been BAD mouthing us since the get go.
See ANY distrubing similarities from 76 years ago. I sure do.

That would be a slippery slope for them. But, the blame will never be placed where it belongs.

You know, if it were anyone else they were talking about, I would believe it was an April Fool's Joke, but we are talking about the Tan Man here. I wouldn't put anything past him. Didn't he have 3 brothers who were unemployed around the time of the elections, and he didn't even know it or know if they had found a job yet?

The jury is still out on this one. I just read a story about this story but they never said if it was real or not?
Even if it is fake this IS what they are thinking.
By the way crew of 42 wrote to you on twitter. They said GOOD IDEA?

It's a six page read but the original RS article re: Tan man was bad enough.

Recently, I called the Speaker's office and relayed the story of a friend of mine who has lost her job, home, everything. She lives in the spare room of another friend with her three year old right in his own district. She has done everything they say to do, including moving for a job but then there was no job so she came back to Ohio. Anyway, I asked the jerk WTH is she supposed to do now, having done everything the crack pots on the RW say to do and his answer was 'some people will just fall through the cracks' along with saying older people should apply for disability (she is 46, so that's older people now). The housing authority she went to told her there are hundreds here just like her, the waiting list is three years long. The worker told her it is families living with families, living with families in a lot of cases, not just two families but some cases up to four. Unemployment is over 11% here and all this is right in this jerk's own district and they don't care. People will fall through the cracks, well it is pretty damn big crack.
So IMO, even though this rumor mill article is just that rumor, the Speaker and his flunkies who aren't even concerned with people in their own district, how can they be concerned for the rest you who are not here?
They aren't, they don't care period end of story unless they get the idea it might cause them to lose an election, that's why they kiss tea potty ass so much, they are afraid of them. It has only been a couple years and this jackass was nothing but a big spender, to appease the tea potty now he tries to come off like he is a real Conservative tight wad.
Now they will tell you when you call how John is a a regular guy, who cares about people, blah, blah, blah and then try and blame everybody and his brother for the state this country is in. The man has been in office over 7300 days, so IMO, he is part of the problem. A big part.
Sorry for the length but this jackass could care less about poor people, so the rumor posted might as well be true.
