With this new 2 month extension threw Feb 2012 I'm wondering were I stand. On the mass website it says that in order to receive EB that tier 4 must be triggerd. Can anyone tell me what happens when you exhaust tier 3. What should I expect? I don't see that Massachusetts has s tier 4.

Any ido would be great

Tier 4 triggered off awhile back, when the bill is extended I am guessing we'll be good through tier 3 and EB

Rookiecaf.... It says on the mass website that tier 4 must be triggerd before EB. That's what part is confusing me.
